1. About This Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any enquiry, order, or storage arrangement made with Tha. Tulsidas Ramjibhai, trading as T R Group, comprising our wet dates import & merchant business, Tha. Tulsidas and Company (coconut & coir merchant), and T R Cold Storage. By contacting us or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Nature of Business

• We import and trade wet dates, supplying wholesalers and retailers across India.
• We trade coconut and coir under Tha. Tulsidas and Company.
• We offer cold storage space on rent for pulses and grains at our facility on Ahmedabad Highway, Kuvadwa GIDC, Rajkot.

3. Orders & Enquiries

Prices, quantities, and delivery terms for dates and coconut & coir are confirmed directly with our office at the time of enquiry and may vary based on market conditions, quality grade, and quantity ordered. All orders are subject to stock availability.

4. Cold Storage Rental Terms

• Storage space is offered on rent subject to availability at our Kuvadwa GIDC facility.
• Rental terms, duration, and charges are agreed upon separately with each customer before goods are stored.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring goods stored are accurately declared and lawfully owned.
• We take reasonable care of stored goods but are not liable for loss arising from causes beyond our reasonable control.

5. Payments

Payment terms for goods or storage rental are agreed at the time of order or booking. All applicable taxes, including GST under GSTIN 24AABFT1174H1ZF, are charged as per prevailing law.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take care in grading, handling, and storing goods, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability in any matter is limited to the value of the specific order or storage arrangement in question.

This website is provided for informational purposes about our business. Content, logo, and design on this website belong to T R Group and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
